Our story

One team for the pipes, the boiler and the paperwork

The name puts gas safety first, and so do we. Gas work sits at the centre of most London homes, from the combi boiler in a kitchen cupboard to the cooker and the flue running up through a mansion block. Getting that right, safely and with the certificates to show for it, is the part of the job we take most seriously.

Around it sits everything else a house needs from a plumber. Leaks and burst pipes, blocked drains, cold radiators, underfloor heating, new bathrooms. Most of our work is in older property, because most of London is older property, so we expect lead pipe offcuts, loft tanks, shared drains and floors that were laid a century ago.

What we offer is simple to describe and harder to do consistently: a clear written price before work starts, engineers who explain what they found, tidy work, and a record of it afterwards.

Gas Safe registered and on record

Gas work in the UK must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Ours is. Ask to see the ID card on the day: it shows which types of gas work the engineer is qualified for.
