What we collect

When you use the Quick Quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you need and the details you give about the job. We do not ask for payment details through the website.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
To arrange and carry out the work you ask for.
To keep records we are required to keep, such as gas safety records.

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing that contract, and meeting legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your details. We share them only with people who help us deliver the job or run the business, such as software providers that store our records, and only as far as needed.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted when they are no longer needed. Job records and certificates are kept for as long as the law or good practice requires.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
